Another cool Indonesian film is ready to greet the audience in the cinema. Presented by DT Films, BADOET is a horror work of the nation's children with an international feel and is indeed made to be universally accepted.
This film was written and produced by Daniel Topan who also acted. He wants to advance Indonesian films by making good and quality horror. Daniel wants to make a film that is truly an original Indonesian product and made by domestic artists.
"This BADOET film, we cannot be compared to foreign films. Our film has been said and recognized as cool, like France, Germany and others. Moreover, they have asked to enter the box office too," said Daniel when met at Epicentrum, Kuningan, Monday (9/11).
According to Daniel, BADOET has many things to offer. Not only full of surprises, this film starring Aurelie Moeremans will offer thriller, drama, and is guaranteed to make the audience as shocked as possible. Because it is different from other horrors, BADOET can be enjoyed from start to finish.
"Horror films are usually the same. But I want something crazier. People can see that Indonesian horror is not stuck in the same old way, especially the horror," Daniel continued.
BADOET is not only showing in Indonesia, but also in other big countries. So what are Daniel's expectations for the film he produced?
"It will break the box office, because now it is a world premiere and America, Russia, France and other countries have asked to be shown there too. For that, I hope for prayers and blessings that this film can be a hit in Indonesia, can explode, and the enthusiasm will explode," he concluded.
